NORFOLK -- April 18, 2026, Norfolk Planning Board candidate Allery Breach outlined a platform centered on bylaw modernization and construction-phase environmental expertise in a community access TV interview aired April 18. Breach, a wetland scientist with roughly 15 years of experience in local, state, and federal permitting, holds a master's degree in resource management and conservation from Antioch University and previously worked at a Watertown-based consulting firm. She is running for one of two open Planning Board seats in an uncontested race alongside one other candidate.
